Sweet Potatoe Casserole

Ingredients

4-5 large sweet potatoes
cook and mash
add 3 egg yokes
5 T. butter and 1 T brown sugar
pour in 1/4 c. heavy cream, beat with mixer
in another bowl beat the egg whites
add to potatoe mixture and add 1 c. marshmello whip
beat with mixer

Directions

In greased 13x9 glass dish add potatoe mixture
mix: 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. chopped nuts together.
sprinkle on top of potatoes and pour 3-4 T. of maple sryup on top.
bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. uncovered.
watch so it doesn't burn.
