Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup cooked pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
1 quart vanilla ice cream

Directions

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and press into 9 inch pie plate. Set in fridge and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine pumpkin, salt, sugar, and spices. Stir in ice cream to soften, fold into pumpkin mixture. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm. Garnish with pecans and whipped cream.
