Upside Down Cranberry Crunch

Ingredients

3 c. cranberries
1 3/4 c. sugar (divided)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1 c. flour
Garnish whip cream or ice cream

Directions

Place cranberries in greased 8x8" baking pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar & pecans. Ina mixing bowl, blend together eggs, butter, flour & remaining sugar until smooth. Spread over cranberry mixture.
Bake 325 degrees for 1 hr. or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Run knife around edges of pan. Immediately invert onto a serving plate. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes 8 servings.
