Crunchy Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
2/3 cup cold milk
1 cup pumpkin pie mix (with spices)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp orange extract
1/2 cup Cool Whip
10-12 crushed ginger snaps
Directions
Mix pudding mix, milk, pumpkin pie mix, vanilla, orange extract. Beat all with whisk or beater for 2-3 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Sprinkle with crushed ginger snaps on top OR wait to sprinkle crumbs on top as it is served.
Notes
Substitute for pumpkin pie mix = solid pumpkin and add spcies as desired.
