italian Wedding Cookies

Ingredients
5 cups of flour (use half cake flour/ half all purpose)
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
1 cup oleo (soft)
1 tsp. baking powder for each cup of flour
vanilla
Directions
Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and oleo together first. Add flour and baking powder a little at a time; mix well. Let set 1 hour in refrigerator in balls.
Bake at 375 degrees 10 to 12 minutes (very light); Do not remove from cookie sheet. Let cool. Ice with powder sugar frosting. Use various colors.
