Anise Loaf

Ingredients

8 eggs
2 cups sugar or Splenda
1 cup vegetable oil
4 tbsp milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 bottle anise extract
4 cups flour

Directions

Beat eggs until fluffy and then add sugar, oil and milk. Beat well then add dry ingredients. Pour into six loaf pans, 7 1/2x8 1/2, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees fro 20-25 minutes until done, then ice with vanilla frosting.

Freezes well!
