Pistachio Surprise

Ingredients

1 loaf banana bread
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding and pie filling
1 10oz. container Cool Whip
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
8 whole maraschino cherries, halved

Directions

Slice banana bread 1/3 inch thick, and lay in Pyrex dish. Make pudding according to box, spoon over banana bread and spread Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle with nuts. Space with maraschino cherries. Refrigerate two hours.
