Ingredients

4 cups all-purpose flour
1 pound cold oleo
1 1/2 cup sour cream
3 egg yolks

Filling:
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 cups ground nuts

Directions

Mix oleo and flour like pie dough and set aside. Beat together sour cream and egg yolks, then add to flour mixture. Roll out dough in cylinder shape. Wrap in Saran Wrap and chill overnight in plastic bag. Next day, take out and make 12 inch circle with dinner plate. Cut in 12 pieces and roll each piece so you will use all the dough. Beat together filling ingredients and then fold in 3 cups of ground nuts. Put filling 1 tsp on each piece of dough. Roll up nad put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until light brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when slightly cooled.
