Creamy Anchovy Dip

Ingredients
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 2 oz. can anchovy fillets, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green olives
1/2 tsp. grated onion
4 to 5 T. tomato juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients, using enough tomato juice to make mixture dipping consistency. This makes about 1 1/2 cups of dip for all kinds of fresh vegetables. celery sticks, carrot sticks, cucumbers, green peppers. Cherry tomatoes, etx., but especially good with cauliflower.
