Broccoli au gratin

Ingredients

2 packages (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 cans 10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 cups herbs seasoned stuffing mix
3 tablespoons margarine or melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lice a 13X9X2 inch baking pan with heavy duty aluminum foil; microwave broccoli florets according to package directions, drain, arrange cooked broccoli in foil lined pan. sprinkle with cheese. combine eggs, soup, sour cream and onion, spread over cheese and broccoli. combine stuffing mix and margarine, sprinkle over casserole. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
