Quick & Easy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1/2 lb. sweet bulk sausage
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
2 (15 oz) cans of mixed vegetables, drained
2 (15 oz) cans of cut green beans, drained
2 (15 oz.) cans of corn kernel, drained
2 (15 oz) cans of peas, drained
2 cans of whole potatoes, drained and cut into pieces
3 cans of beef broth

Directions

brown sausage and ground beef in separate skillets till there is no pink in them. Drain all vegetables and place is soup pot or in a crockpot. Add potatoes and broth. Add broth and sauage, ground beef. heat on med-high for minutes. serve with garlic bread or toast. Yeild 6 to 8 servings.
