Sweet Potato Soufflé

Ingredients
1 40 oz. can sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
Mix ingredients together in a bowl using a mixer and pour into greased 9 x 13 dish.
Directions
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup melted margarine
Mix brown sugar with flour. Mix walnuts with melted margarine. Then mix them all together and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
