Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup butter
1 egg
4 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the sugars, butter, egg, water and vanilla. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop by tsp. 1 inch apart onto nonstick or greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes. When cool, ice with Penuche Frosting.
