Orange Cake

Ingredients
1 box Duncan Hines Orange Cake Mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges with the juice
Directions
Mix all with an electric mixer. Divide into 3 greased 8 inch cake pans. Bake 26-28 minutes at 350 degrees or until cake tester comes out clean.
Icing:
3/4 cup flour
1 stick butter
1/2 cup crisco solid shortening
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat for 5 minutes. Spread between layers of cake and on top and sides. Sprinkle top with ground walnuts.
