Amish Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup oleo
1 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Combine sugar, powdered sugar, oleo and cooking oil and beat well for five minutes with electric beater. Add eggs, beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop small balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. (Dough can be refrigerated and used when needed.)
