O’ Henry Bars

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup light karo syrup
6 cups of Special K cereal
12 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips
12 oz. jar of crunchy panut butter
Directions
Bring sugar and karo syrup to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour over Special K. Mix thoroughly and quickly. Put in 9 x 13 pan.
Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together. Spread on top. Put in refrigerator just until chocolate is firm (about 15-20 min.). Cut into squares. Put on medium paper baking cups. Makes 3-4 dozen depending on size cut.
