Pecan Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

1 9-inch deep dish pie shell
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups pecans
1/2 up sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg

Directions

Combine ingredients (except pecans). Spread in pie shell. Sprinkle with pecans.

Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Combine all topping ingredients in a small bowl, then pour over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until knife comes out clean.
