Candy Apple Cookie

Ingredients
1/2 cup oleo
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 egg
Directions
Cream oleo and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add flour and roll into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove to rack and cool. In double boiler, melt 36 Kraft caramels and 1/2 cup condensed milk. Insert round toothpick into cookies and dip into caramel. Dip into ground nuts.
