Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 and 1/2 cups Mazola oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
3 cups flour
1 and 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 can SoLo poppy seed
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Beat all ingredients with mixer. Grease a bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
