Salsa Fresca

Ingredients

12-14 ripe tomatoes, diced
6 green onions, chopped including green part
1 small red onion, diced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
3 tomatillos, chopped fine
2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1 Anaheim chili, chopped fine
1-2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
juice of one lime

Directions

All ingredients may be adjusted to personal taste. Combine all in bowl. Let stand at least 4 hours for best flavor. Sever with corn chips.
