Hawaiian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 chicken breast halves, cubed and cooked
3/4 cup celery, chopped
4 and 1/2 oz. can mushrooms, drained and chopped
8 oz. can of water chestnuts, chopped
6 oz. can olives, drained and sliced
15 and 1/4 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. ginger
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix everything (except dressing, cream and ginger) in a large bowl. Mix dressing and sour cream, then add in ginger and mix well. Stir dressing mixture into chicken mixture until well coated. Refrigerate until time to serve. Makes about 5 to 6 servings.
