Low-Cal Orange Salad

Ingredients
1 package sugar-free orange Jell-O
1 package fat-free, sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 tub Lite Cool Whip
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
Directions
Mix Jell-O and pudding with boiling water. Once mixtures have dissolved, add cold water. Fold in Cool Whip until completely combined. Add mandarin oranges. Allow to set in refridgerator for at least 1 hour.

If you're following the Weight Watchers diet plan, this dessert is only 1 point for a 1 cup serving.
