Ingredients

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes drained
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
(mix together and put in buttered 4" x 7" x 8" pan)

Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
(mix and add 3 tablespoons melted butter and mix up)

Directions

Bake 350º covered 35 minutes then 5 minutes uncovered (until 7 to 10 bubbles come on top
