Cheesy Shrimp Nachos

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
3/4 Pound Cooked Shrimp, deveined and peeled
1 1/2 Cup (6 oz.) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Can (4 oz.) Chopped Green Chilies Peppers, drained
1/3 Cup Chopped Green Onions
1/4 Cup Sliced Ripe Olives, drained
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
48 Tortilla Scoops

Directions

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, cheese, chilies, onions and olives. Combine mayo and cumin; add to shrimp mixture and toss to coat. Drop bt. Tsp. Into scoops. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve warm.
