Cranberry Orange Relish

Ingredients

1 12 Oz. Package Fresh Cranberries
2 Oranges
1 1/2 Cups Sugar

Directions

Rinse cranberries under cold water and discard stems or bad berries. Rinse oranges; do not peel. Cut oranges into 4 wedges and discard seeds. Grind cranberries and oranges together in food processor or grinder. Add sugar and mix well. Store covered in the refrigerator at least 24 hours. Yields about 10 servings.
