Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
3 Cups of Mashed Sweet Potatoes, (canned ones ok)
1/2 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup White Sugar, can cut back to 1/2 or 3/4 if preferred
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Topping
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Butter, softened
Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix well and pour into oven safe casserole. Topping: Mix the above as pastry with pastry cutter and sprinkle on top of casserole of potatoes. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
