Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
1 12 Oz. Package Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Apples, peeled and diced
1/4 Teaspoon Each of Allspice, Ginger, Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon Cloves
Directions
Combine water, sugar in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients, return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until apples are tender. Pour into mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap and cool to room temperature and refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature.
