Romainian Lasagna(Cornmeal Mush w/ Bacon & Cheese)

Ingredients
1 1/4 Cups Corn Meal
1 3/4 Tea. Salt
4 Cups Cold Water
1/2 Lb Bacon
1 1/2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Mix corn meal, salt and cold water together. Bring 4 cups water to a boil and add the mixture, stirring constantly. When it begins to thicken, cover and cook for 30 min., stirring occasionally. Fry 1/2 lb. bacon and crumble. Use some of the bacon grease to grease bottom of dish. When mush is done, pour half of it in a square 8x8 pan. Add half of the bacon and half of the cheese. Pour rest of mush on top then the rest of the bacon and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly.
