Sweet & Sour Green Beans

Ingredients

1 Lb. or 2 Cans of Green Beans
If fresh beans, cook till tender

slices of bacon cut into small pieces.
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Teaspoons Flour
1/2 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Sugar
A little Salt and Pepper

Directions

Fry bacon and sauté onions. Add flour and cook till bubbly. Add liquids and cook until thick. Add beans, bacon and onion and heat through.
