Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
3 to 4 chicken breasts
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
Millers Chicken Broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Homemade noodles:
2 cups flour
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
2 tbsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Directions
Cook chicken. When cool, cut into small pieces. Combine chicken broth with water to taste. Chop carrots and celery. Cook until tender on medium to low heat. Add chicken and noodles. Total cooking time is about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Homemade noodles:
Measure flour into bowl. Make a well in the center and add egg yolks, whole egg and salt. Mix well. Add water and mix. Put dough on well floured surface, rollout with rolling pin and cut to desired thickness in strips with cookie cutter. Drop into boiling soup and stir.
Notes
It's great soup. You may add regular noodles, but homemade are good and easy!
