Layered Beef Delight

Ingredients

3 1/2 to 5 Lbs. of Boneless Beef
1 1/2 Qts. Of Beef Broth
Slice beef into three equal sections.

Place one slice of beef into a roasting pan and add the following:
2 Large White Potatoes, sliced
1 Medium Onion, thinly sliced
1 Portobello Mushroom, sliced
1 Medium Tomato, sliced
1/4 Cup of Grated Cabbage
1 Small Crushed Clove of Garlic
Cover contents with slice of beef.



Stuffing
12 to 15 Slices of Stale Bread, softened with beef broth
1 Well Beaten Egg
1/2 Cup Sautéed Onion, Celery and Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Finely Crushed Walnuts
1/4 Cup of White or Golden Raisins
If desired, chopped giblets could be added.
Tablespoon of sage and tablespoon of allspice

Directions

After mixing contents, add to middle slice of beef and cover with remaining beef slices. Add beef broth, cover and place into a 350 degree preheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
