Yam Tea Loaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Sugar
2 Large Eggs, slightly beaten
1 Cup Mashed Cooked Sweet Potatoes or
1 (8 oz.) Can Sweet Potatoes, mashed and measured
1/2 Cup Oleo, melted
1/2 Cup Coarsely Broken Walnuts
Directions
Shift first 5 ingredients. Add eggs and sweet potatoes. Stir and add flour mixture and stir until moist. Butter 8 1/2"x4 1/2"x2 5/8" loaf pan. Bake at 350º for one hour or until tester comes out clean in center. Turn out and cool completely. Serve with a 3 oz. package of cream cheese blended with 6 teaspoons of butter as a spread.
