Spirited Egg Nog

Ingredients
6 Eggs, separated
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Chilled Milk
1-1 1/2 Cups Brandy
1/4 Cup Rum
2 Cups Heavy Cream, chilled
Nutmeg and Cinnamon
Directions
Beat egg whites until almost stiff enough to hold peaks. Gradually add sugar, beat until stiff, but not dry. Beat egg yolks until thick. Stir in milk, brandy and rum. Blend well. Whip cream until stiff. Blend the egg/milk mixture, fold in the beaten egg whites. Blend in the whipping cream. Keep cold until ready to serve. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
