Turtle Trifle

Ingredients

8 Oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 1/2 C. Whipped Cream
1 1/2 T. Vanilla Extract
1 2 Lb. Frozen Pecan Pie, thawed and cut into 1" cubes
1/3 C. Chocolate Fudge Topping
1/3 C. Caramel Topping
1/2 C. Chopped Pecans, toasted

Directions

Beat cream cheese, whipping cream and vanilla in a large bowl at medium speed with a mixer for 2-3 minutes, or until firm and smooth. Place half of pie cubes in the bottom of a 4 qt. Trifle bowl. Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over pie cubes. Drizzle with half of each chocolate fudge topping and caramel topping. Sprinkle with half of the pecans. Repeat layers. Cover and chill 1 hour or up till 8 hours.
