Green Tomato Cake w/ Brown Sugar Icing

Ingredients
1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter, softened
2 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Large Eggs
3 Cups Flour
1 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
2 1/2 Cups Small Green Tomatoes, diced
1 Cup Golden Raisins
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Icing
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
Directions
Icing: Icing-in medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Cook 6-8 minutes till lightly brown. Whisk in confectioners sugar until smooth.
Cake: Grease and flour bundt pan. Beat butter and sugar till creamy. Add eggs one at a time beating well. In medium bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Gradually add to wet mixture (batter will be soft). Stir by hand tomatoes, raisins and nuts. Spoon batter into pan. Bake 70-75 minutes on 350º. Let cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool completely. Spoon brown icing over cake.
