Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Shortening (Crisco)
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Pumpkin
2 Cups Flour
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Can Cream Cheese Frosting
Directions
Cream shortening and add sugar gradually until light and fluffy. Add eggs and pumpkin and mix well. In another small bowl, combine dry ingredients and spices. Mix well and add to other mixture until well blended. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes at 350º. Cool on pans for 1 minute then put on wire rack to cool. Frost when cool.
