Christmas Ribbon Salad

Ingredients

2 Sm. Pkgs.-Lime Jell-O
1 Sm. Pkg. Lemon Jell-O
1 C. Hot Water
1/2 C. Small Marshmallows
1 Can #2 Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 Pkg. 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
1 C. Mayonnaise
1 C. Heavy Cream, whipped
2 Sm. Pkgs. Cherry Jell-O

Directions

Prepare lime Jell-O according to package directions. Pour into a 15x10x2 pan or 4 1/2 qt. Container. Chill until set. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in the hot water in top of double boiler. Add marshmallows and melt. Remove from heat. Add 1 C. pineapple juice and cream cheese. Beat until blended. Stir in 1 C. drained pineapple and cool slightly. Fold in mayonnaise and whipped cream. Chill for a little time then pour over lime Jell-O. Let set completely./ Prepare cherry Jell-O according to package directions. Chill and then pour over pineapple layer. Serves 20.
