Marshmallow Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

1 Cup Oleo
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 12 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
6 Tablespoon Cocoa
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Package Miniature Marshmallows (I used the colored ones for Christmas)

Frosting:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
4 Squares Unsweetened Chocolate

Directions

Brownies:Cream together oleo, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Spread in cookie sheet 10x15. Bake at 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Top with marshmallows and return to the oven for 3 minutes. When cool, frost with the following icing.

Icing: Boil the above for 3 minutes. Take off the stove and add 6 tablespoons oleo and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Let cool and blend in 3 cups powdered sugar. If too thick add a little water. I blend this in the mixer and it gets very smooth. Spread on the brownies.
Make these a day ahead and cut with a knife dipped in hot water to get a clear cut with the marshmallows. Enjoy..they freeze well.
