Bev's Nut Bread

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Crisco oil
2 bananas, mashed

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together, adding nuts at the end. Good for one loaf of bread. Bake large loaves in pan at 350 degrees for one hour or small loaves at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour.

Notes

Wrap them up and give as small gifts!
