Easy Carmel Cups

Ingredients

2-3 boxes of mini fillo shells (15 per box)
SMUCKERS caramel flavored topping
Ground nuts
Basic cream cheese icing or bought white whipped vanilla frosting

Basic Cream Cheese Icing
8 oz. Cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
3 - 3 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted

Directions

Simply fill half of the shell with topping and cover with frosting. Sprinkle some nuts on top. Simple and easy. Tastes like they were made from scratch. Freeze well or store in refrigerator for a week.

Icing: Large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla on medium speed until fluffy. Gradually add confectioner's sugar with mixer until light and fluffy.
