Cheddar Cheese Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup of butter, softened
8 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. red pepper
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Cream butter and chese in food processor. Add salt, and peppered flour. Add pecans. Roll into bals and flaten with a fork. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 min.

Can't stop eating these cookies.
