Ingredients

2 cup chopped cooked turkey
2 green onions chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
20 party rye bread slices
20 party pumpernickel bread slices

for garnish
1/4 head lettuce
1 chopped red pepper

Directions

Process two cups turkey and other ingredients in a food processor until combined. Spread on bread slices, one rye and one pumpernickel, and make a sandwich.
