Turkey Portabello Pizzettos

Ingredients
10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup diced cooked turkey
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp pepper
12 3-4 inch portabello mushrooms

Directions
Thaw spinach, drain. Combine spinach, cheese, turkey, basil and pepper in mixing bowl. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean mushrooms, remove stems. Place mushroom caps top side down in greased cookie sheet, brush with butter. Spoon 2 tbsp spinach mixture into each cup. Bake 12 minutes, cut into quarters and serve. Makes 24.Thaw spinach, drain.
