Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 cup cubed cooked turkey
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 package (9 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup Bisquick
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 9 inch pie plate mix soup, vegetables and turkey. Mix milk, egg and Bisquick and pour over turkey mixture. Bake 30 minutes. Serves six.
Notes
Great to make next-day dinner for leftover turkey.
