Saucy Pork Chops

Ingredients
9 - 11 bone less pork chops
1 29 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 can water
1 green pepper
1 yellow onion
salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degree. Brown port chops and place in a 9 X 13 inch pan. Pour tomato sauce over chops. Fill can with water and pour into pan. Chop green pepper and onion; add to pan.
salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
Notes
We love mashed potatoes with these. Using the sauce from the port chops as a gravy.
