Cranberry Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients
1 large can sweet potatoes
1 large onion, peeled and halved
2 tsb olive oil
2 cups fresh cranberries
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp orange peel
1/2 tsp each salt, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Place in greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 12-14.
