Chicken of the Ritz

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 cup broth, reserved
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
2 tubes Ritz crackers
1/4 lb. oleo

Directions

Boil chicken breasts, reserve 1 cup broth. Cool chicken and debone. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, broth and chicken, that has been cut up into chunks. Put everything in 13x9 inch casserole. Crush crackers and melt oleo, and sprinkle top of casserole with both. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
