Ginger Snaps

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oleo
1 egg
5 Tbs. dark molasses
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups flour
2 tsps. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Blend well and drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degree for 12 minutes. Set a small pan of
water in oven for crackling.
