Pineapple Triangles

Ingredients
6 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 cake yeast (crumbled)
1 lb. Crisco
3 tbls. cornstarch
3 eggs (well beaten)
1 cup milk
2 Tbls. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
(powdered sugar to roll)
Directions
Mix together flour, salt, sugar and Crisco (as for
pie dough). Add yeast and milk, mix thoroughly. Place
in refrigerator overnight. Mix together pineapple,
cornstarch, and sugar. Boil till thick...cool. Roll
dough quite thin on powdered sugar. Cut in squares.
Put a little thickened pineapple on squares of dough
and fold into shape of a triangle. Bake in baking
sheets at 350 degree till brown. Do not grease sheets.
