Sweet and Sour Sausage Bits

Ingredients

1/2 lb. Kielbasa sliced into chunks
1- (20oz.) can Pineapple chunks
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 large green pepper cut into chunks
1/2 cup Maraschino cherries chopped

Directions

Cook Kielbasa and drain. Drain pineapple, set aside (save juice). Put cornstarch in a saucepan, add pineapple juice, mix til smooth. Add salt, water and vinegar, boil and stir in rest of ingredients; simmer till pepper is just tender.

Notes

Good for ham dinner or just a snack.
